Rosewill parallel/serial card, (What's this?) Today's computer usually has only USB ports. I have 2 large format printers have only parallel port. I searched around to find a solution. Most people said they use USB to parallel adapter to solve the problem. Also many reviews said it won't work because their drivers are not compatible with all OS. These reviews kept me from buying those USB to serial adapter. Finally I find other review said the parallel cards can solve the problem. This reminds me of those old computers also require IO card. I think this may be the solution. I am using Windows 7 ultimate. As expected, this card plug in and the OS recognized it right away. I am happy I can use my old laser printer again.
